"Dude, Seriously?" Spider-Man's shoulders actually slumped a little bit and he turned away from Harry to look out over the city. He didn't even want to address what Osborn was trying to do and if knew that Harry could have gotten himself off the roof, he would have just left him there and taken off right then. He kicked his heels against the building brick and then got back to his feet, standing on the half-a-foot wide ledge and turning around to look down at the other man. "No the last thing I want from you, Harry, is your money."
He hopped down off the ledge, and he raised a hand to his neck because for one second, he had the urge to just pull off the mask and stop the double-play right then and there. Not because he wanted to come clean, not because he even thought it was a good idea to let Harry know that he was Spider-Man, but because this hurt. Seeing Harry like this, seeing him try to bride someone off to get out of trouble that he should never be in in the first place, it felt wrong and it made him feel bad enough to want it to end. Ultimately, he dropped his hand away from his face, and used it instead to push Harry's outstretched offering back towards Osborn's chest.
