I think that when it comes to taking a more active role in the lives and safety of the residents here, providing opportunities and assistance when needed, a council would be a good option, particularly if it's elected and has a group of people from different universes with an understanding of individual needs and wants.
But I can understand the concern that rules and regulations might not be welcomed by everyone, as change very often just isn't -- so I think we do have to tread carefully. Which is what a meeting would be good for.
