Okay, so I dig the apartment and everything but I kind of have to go back home soon? My mom would kill me if she found out I snuck out again and I didn't come home on time.

Or is this punishment for doing that? Am I hallucinating again because of it? I SWEAR this time I snuck out for a GOOD CAUSE, to save someone in trouble!

I don't know how it works, but I wouldn't get too worried about your mom. The universes don't always sync in the flow-of-time sense.

All of the above's a good answer. I grew up not far from here and there's even a house at the address where I live, but it's not the one I grew up in, and my mom definitely isn't there.

OH GOD, now I'm really not sure if this is another hallucination. I swear I didn't really mean to impersonate you. I can apparently shapeshift and unconsciously thought of you because you're my hero but I swear I decided to get my own look and all but I still just ended up using "Ms. Marvel" as a codename anyway and really I hope that's okay because I'm a huge fan!
