Honestly, Chloe was rather relieved to be in the presence of another video game character. She didn't quite openly show it of course, but it was there. It made her feel less crazy, and that she had to question whether or not she was actually real. The girl's prompt apology actually made her chuckle. "It's quite alright." Chloe didn't exactly have much of a hangover, the girl's volume was hardly an issue.
"Keyword, there, darling," Chloe said with a half-smirk, casting a glance to the game controller she'd thrown just minutes earlier. Trying and failing; more like it. While she had never obviously played the game, she did recall seeing signs and such for something called Final Fantasy. "It's nice to meet another gamer," the treasure hunter told her, this time her smile much more relaxed and genuine.
The change in tone was noted and even appreciated, causing an examining look from Chloe. "A bit," she nodded. "I know most of what happened, but just seeing it is... weird." It was tough to explain, but she figured if anyone knew what the hell she was talking about or trying to say, it'd be this girl. "You play yours yet?"
