We have a possible location for Crane's den. Coordinates are being forwarded to you now. Suit up, I've native agents going with you for the raid. Do not remove your gas masks while on site. We don't know if Crane is within the warehouse or not so be prepared for hostiles.

3 and 8 successfully managed to draw out and encounter a new serial killer on the loose in the city. He seems to have some kind of ability allowing him to disappear from sight and detection in some way.

5 and 10 you're joining. Tomorrow we will have two targets between both of your groups to draw him out and try to get this bastard into custody. 3 and 8 can discuss with you what to expect if your target is chosen. With two cells in each location he will be brought down. Coordinates and mission ops will be forwarded to you to discuss.

This is the file I've been sent on who we think it might be, or at least related to.

NAME: Parker Robbins
ALIAS(ES): The Hood
AFFILIATIONS: Dormammu, Loki, Norman Osborn, Madame Masque
ENEMIES: The Avengers, The Punisher, Tigra, Dr. Strange
POWERS: Invisibility, Air-Walking, Power-Blasting, Detecting Illusions

I was not around for Parker Robbins' rise to power as the self-proclaimed "king-pin of super villains," but I was there to watch him fall. Stealing a mystic cloak and boots from a demon, Robbins discovered it gave him superhuman powers. A petty thief, records left by the Wasp indicate Robbins toyed briefly with heroics while stranded on a recreated Battleworld, though I suspect it was more out of self-preservation. During the Civil War, Later, The Hood gathered one of the largest groups of costumed criminals ever and attacked the underground Avengers numerous times. In the aftermath, he was more actively possessed by the Hell Lord Dormammu and found a way into the graces of Norman Osborn. As a member of the Cabal, he served as the Dark Avenger analogue of Black Bolt, helping turn the well-intentioned Initiative program into an abomination. He was later affiliated with Loki and in possession of the enchanted "norn stones," though he was divested of them shortly thereafter. His attempts to collect the Infinity Gems as similarly thwarted. Though eventually stripped of his powers and defeated, we opted to keep him under absolute maximum security imprisonment given the circumstances. Given his connections to mystical forces, any future captivity should be isolated from other prisoners.
