How does this look for a rough idea of classes?

Anatomy
Lightsaber or Lance or Sword Combat (not very magical but I'm curious)
French
Modern History
Dance or Piano
Art classes (are there more advanced options outside ESD? Its mostly for the jewelry business and me needing a challenge)

And if my hunch is making sense would it be reasonable to self study for exams? My timeline is December for university after the winter holidays.
