Albus had the distinct impression that he was on probation with Dixon. He didn't mind. Respect was something that had to be earned and he was a complete stranger to Dixon. He'd seen no sign of recognition of his name so either the books he was from did not exist in Dixon's world or he had not read them either there or here. He had to admit that it was strangely refreshing to be taken on his merits and not be prejudged by his name. It didn't happen very often at home and would probably happen even less if he was ever taken back.
"Of course. Side-Along apparition isn't a great deal different from normal apparition for someone practiced at it." Though there was an... oddness about this world that he had not yet had time to quantify and examine. Still, he didn't think it would be that much of an issue. He looked over at his erstwhile partner. "Before we separate, are you prone to motion sickness at all, Mr Dixon?"
He thought he'd best get the question in before Dixon reacted to what Agent Hill had said. It had the feel of a definite poke and Dixon struck him as the sort of man who bristled easily.
