Sookie wasn't really sure how to answer that question. It wasn't really that she liked it better, of course, because home had Sam and Jason and so many other people she missed. Then again, it wasn't like she had much choice in being here, really.
"I wouldn't say that, but I suppose we're stuck here, so might as well make the most of it," she said finally, after taking a moment to think the question over.
The sight of the duplicate Jamie didn't surprise Sookie quite as much as it would have if she hadn't seen the others and she was used to hiding her emotions - particularly surprise and fear - anyway, so she smiled and nodded her head.
"They sure do," she said amiably, though the duplicate had obviously spoken to Jamie rather than her. "My friend Sam owns the bar and I'm a waitress there, actually. And the coffee shop does have pretty good coffee." That had been one of her first discoveries when she arrived.
