No, you're right. I'm sure it wasn't solely testosterone, but it was an integral part of the physical enhancement and it was certainly designed for a man. What I overlooked in my last comment was the fact that I was small to start with, so it didn't turn me into a monster. If you look at the Red Skull – who wasn't particularly small – you get more of a Hyper-Aggressive specimen, though "acne" would be too kind a description for his complexion and I thankfully can't speak to the state of his testicles. If you were trying to make woman into a peak human, rather than simply a peak woman, you'd have to create a very different formula. It wouldn't be as simple as substituting estrogen for testosterone.
