"Most forms of wizarding travel are somewhat disconcerting at first," Severus replied. It wasn't something he often thought about, having long ago gotten used to the various discomforts to the point where he barely noticed them. "However they're efficient and as a result no one has ever bothered to try and improve on them."
He tried some of his own soup and nodded his approval. "I read that Ghiradelli chocolate is supposed to be rather good. I can only hope it's an improvement on most American chocolate I've tried. I made them get good quality Belgian chocolate at the restaurant to replace the swill they were using." He arched an eyebrow and looked amused. "Chocolate is used as a medical treatment in my world."
He was somewhat amused at the idea of a woman who willingly went by the name 'Fred'. He had an inkling of who she was as she'd been mentioned in the brief bit of research he'd done on Wesley. He was aware that things did not end well for either Wesley or Fred but he did not mention it. It was none of his business and Wesley may not have looked to see what his future held.
"I shall try to disappoint you," he said dryly. "I'm sure there are some tasteful souvenirs somewhere. Merlin only knows where though."
