Yeah, not sleeping and nightmares might be worse than not being able to lie - at least you can kind of control fall out with that one a little.

That makes two of us. My anxiety levels are back down to 'might get attacked by a monster like normal day life'. Which would go back into that whole 'what is normal' thing.

We spend a decent amount of our time meditating and studying the Force. Possibly one of the few times Abba isn't stuck in my head.

I do have the movies, if you want to see them. And the original music. It's just... very energetic and lively.

Well, he's... something like Force sensitive. Not literally in the "the Force doesn't exist where he's from" way but similar. I've been practicing meditation with him too. Honestly, I'm doing a lot of meditation. But it's great. It's sort of like having someone else interested in the Force. Well he is interested.

That would be fun. I think so. They're really likable and fun. Lighthearted. It's nice after serious stuff.

He has a connection with the world around him, can react with the speed and instincts the Force lets us relax with, and while he didn't build his weapon itself, he has...a connection with it. Including what shape it takes. And he's been able to get better in touch with himself, with the same meditative techniques we use. His universe has... quintessence? An essential life force that every living being has. I think it has some similarities.

Cool I'll see if Nico's interested this weekend maybe if you're free. We could see if anyone else wants to come over, although if they're involved in the show they may not want to.

That sounds really similar, honestly. I mean, the whole quintessence - life force? That sounds a lot like the Force. Just a different name for a very similar idea. Obviously I should take some time to get to know him.
