Do you like food?

Do you like my brother? (The small one, not the greasy haired one.)

Do you like spiders?

Come join us for a feast at Torunn's Asgardian palace on Tuesday to celebrate my brother's engagement to a spider person. Festivities begin around 5PM and will possibly run well into the night. There will be food, there will be drinks, and there will be games.

If you start any fights, I will personally come over to win that fight and then kick you out. :)

Feels like more than occasionally Far too easy with the types of lives we lead too.

Aye. I did get a few quiet years before my arrival here and even then I had a tendency to forget my manners.

Was it really forgetting or just Asgardian/Midgardian translation issues?

My children and grandchildren acclimated me fairly well to Midgardian culture and expectations, so it was a combination of forgetfulness and me playing up the "alien prince who knows nothing about humans" angle to get out of trouble.

Ha! I knew that had to be an act! At least some of the time. The 'oh that's what Midgardians do?' just seemed way too convenient sometimes.

How many mugs do I have to break before some of you catch on?

Depends how distracted they are by the bulging biceps when the mug breaking happens.

Or how much they care. I think Stark's just come to the acceptance that Avengers break things and it doesn't even register anymore.

Oh I am glad you and Loki found one another. So good for my ego.

Really? Is your world different? Because I thought the general universe thing was that all Thor egos are really healthy. Because like any time it's all 'oh yeah, the Avengers', the first question is always 'oh so do you know Thor?'.

Oh no, that's generally the take in my universe as well. But that doesn't make you any less good for my ego. The only difference is usually "Oh so do you know Thor, the strongest Avenger?"

Yeah, that doesn't happen so much. It's usually just 'oh those luscious locks' or 'omg the arms/that body' or 'he's so electricifying, he can shock me any time'. Hulk usually gets the 'strongest' thing, but, y'know, you smash an entire block and people have a hard time forgetting it.

What I'm getting from this is I need to smash more things.

Nope. No. Smashing bad. Because that strongest comes with a good dose of fear or ire.

Unless you're smashing the Coney Island strength test things with the bells. I would pay to see a smash contest on that. Plus bonus hammer inclusion!

Aw. Very well. No smashing.

Unless it's the carnival strength test with the bell.

Or bad guys. But that's obvious.

I've broken one of those before. The owner was not pleased with me. :/
