In a quiet, but in a confident voice that is also comforting, he tells Tony that there's no obligation, and Howard would understand if he doesn't accept it, but goes on to say that despite the frivolous trappings, he's never imagined Howard could be so sincere when he gave him the instructions to deliver the book to Tony. He suggests to accept the book and think it over.
