It appears as though my gift has finally arrived: my horse from back home! I was so thrilled to receive the call from the base that she was here. I rode her home, though unfortunately my backyard here is not nearly as vast as it was back home and I've nowhere to keep her. There were a few people who mentioned owning or running ranches before. Would anyone be able to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to board a horse?

Yes, she was fully equipped, which was a blessing. Someone has definitely mentioned owning a ranch with horses before, but I can't remember who it was.

I'd say that it is getting rather serious. We're moving slowly, but that's quite alright. He has to think of his daughter and other wards. I've told him that I fancy him though and we're going to continue to see each other.

	When I'm riding is the only time that I wear trousers. Filter If you insist. Please, Mycroft, don't start with that. You know that my standard isn't royalty. My first husband wasn't even nobility, at least not technically. Albus is very kind and intelligent and handsome. He's a gentleman of the highest order. I'd say that's my standard. 	There's an idea... Mycroft If all predators were that handsome then I wouldn't be so adverse to being prey. With Henry it can never be any more more than sex though. 	I can't say I have much of an affinity for all animals, but I do enjoy horses. Dogs aren't so bad either, though I never really had one of my own. The Labradors technically belonged to my father. (Reply to this) (Parent)
