"Sweet Tooth appeared in only one episode in where he tries to change Gotham's water supply into chocolate and blackmail the city for five million dollars which he doubles to ten million after Robin makes a pun about his weight."

First, turning it all into chocolate would have been amazing and delicious. Second, fat shaming is not okay and I don't blame the guy one bit.
