From now on there will be a $5/month membership fee for the gym and you'll get a swipe card so you can access the building at any time. Teachers of classes may also decide to charge but right now it looks like several won't be. My self-defense class won't since I'm still doing a few shifts at the Bronze for actual income.

We're working on plans for a Pokemon park at the ranch too. We want to put a few different kinds of terrain in for them so if anyone has magic that would be useful for something like that we may have some work for you soon.

	It depends how many people keep a membership. I budgeted low since not everyone uses it much and included some maintenance in the costs. If I need to I still have ~~some of what we took from Fort Knox~~ other assets that can be quickly converted to cash, I just kept them in case we went somewhere cash wasn't useful.
