I'm also good at breaking curses on objects. Magic curses anyway. I'm pretty handy with a wand.

Depends on what you want. You could just set it to keep people you don't want out, you could hide it from people in a way that would keep anyone you didn't want to know about it from finding it. Only the people given the address would know how to find it. But as long as you tell me who you don't mind, I can alter the wards to let them in without a problem.
