In Russia for Easter, my мама would make kulich, the traditional Easter cake. She could have gone to gulag for this, but she was always ardent in her faith. And a very good baker.

This Easter, I am stuck in bed with two broken ribs and concussion. I am tired of wearing sunglasses everywhere, but if I do not, the headache is very bad.

I know you do not have kulich, but can you bring me chocolate at least?

You're inviting a toothache, between the requested chocolate and all the sweets that showed up this morning in the suites.

But we'll see if we can't find you more of an appropriate replacement for the kulich.

We have sweets? I have not moved much today.

I might take any cake with icing. Being injured like this will make me gain 20 pounds.

Is it cool to wear sunglasses? I usually do it when I am working and need to hide my appearance.

We got out of bed for a little while for Emmeline's... but I was more than ready to climb back in by the time we were done. And I've watched more television in the past three days than I think I have this entire cruise.

The cake was for celebrating Easter, which was not allowed at that time in my country. We could not celebrate religious holidays.
