The person who taught me, his name was Stick. He was a biggest asshole I've ever met, but besides that, he was blind from birth and didn't have any superpowers to speak of. Despite this, he could hold his own in fights, better than some of those who could see. He achieved this through meditation, and that's where I'd like to begin. It takes patience and determination, but it'll be well worth the it. You'll start becoming more aware of your surroundings, you'll learn how to accelerate your body's natural healing process, and I'd like to try to reprogram your spider sense to be more useful for your circumstance. It's nowhere as physical and active as learning to fight, and it's actually harder to slow down and focus, but one... if we spar on this ship the robot crew may mistake it for fighting and separate us, so we'll probably have to wait until we're in Tumbleweed to do that, and two... you won't be able to block a fist coming at you without knowing where it's coming from, anyway.

There's good points and bad points about both.

I feel fortunate to have friends and family here. And, in a way, I am glad to be here because I have been given the opportunity to meet people that would otherwise be impossible to meet.

But on the flip side, there are still people missing that I want to be here. Not that some of them are around back home either.

Tumbleweed was safer. We made it home. We've only ever lost people or had people get seriously injured on ships like this. Last year were a space ship. Same thing... different ports to land on, then the ship was attacked.
