I only got to know Ava on this ship, and cannot pretend to know the grief that you are all feeling, but I am sorry for the loss.

I'm writing only because Alina and I were her suitemates, and I imagine that some of you, at least, will want to at least look through her things and decide what to do with them. I can't let you into her room - you'll likely have to ask one of the robots for that - but I can let you into the suite. Or I can ask the robots to let me in and pack things up myself, if you'd rather not deal with it.

If you can't make any decisions about it right now, that's understandable. It's an open offer.
