Dhirajba's Characters BUCKY BARNES 2 - Was probably doing the loner thing in his room, when this went down. He's out an arm and has an angry asshole cat and a big, scared dog piling on top of him. He'll get them settled and go check on his people - PH group, Bucky, Peggy, Nat, Steve, etc. when he gets a chance.
EZEKIEL JONES - You could probably hear the sound of despair coming from his room. Some of his tech is EMP shielded, but not the majority of it, so it's fried. He'll go find Jake, Ianto, Tina, and Bonnie and then try to work on getting his systems up and running, though it'll take days for any real progress.
TYLER LOCKWOOD - Whoever he's with, he blinked out of existence for a few seconds, before he flickered back. It was scary. Once he's got a hold of himself again, he'll check on his people - Gab, Bonnie, & Kurama - then see what happened with his fellow ghost boy Noah.
SCOTT MCCALL - Probably with Kira and/or Laura somewhere? He'll try to jump in and help whoever needs it.
REGINA MILLS - Will go 'fucking really?' and go check on her son/Emma/Neal/Bae. Henry, you're not grounded anymore as far as she's concerned, but other parents can jump in on this! She'll ward their suite against anyone that isn't them + Neal and see where she can go help. She'll probably check in on the Asgardians and Henry Fitzroy as well.
JIM RHODES - Suit + braces are fine! He's going to check on his Tonys and then jump in to help people get situated. He was running the track when this happened.
NAPOLEON SOLO - Was probably making time with someone (volunteers?) and was like "What in the hell was that?" when all the lights went out. Probably didn't get fully dressed when he went to investigate what was going on.
T'CHALLA UDAKU - Was having a quiet dinner by himself in his suite and went to check on Team Wakanda when this went down, starting with Shuri.
GEORGE WEASLEY - Probably in his suite. Stuck close to the wife, had Fred II with them, and checked on Roxanne and the rest of the family as best as he could. Probably was popping in and out of places to find people.
