A reminder to all of those in Home Ec, tomorrow you will be receiving your life-like baby. Please try to remember that you are their primary caretaker for the next two weeks and the status of their well-being will directly effect your grade.

And do not forget that your on grocery shopping with your assigned budgets are due tomorrow as well.

I'm curious - when you say 'lifelike', how lifelike are these babies? I've heard of some schools giving out eggs for the same purpose.

Very lifelike. They have sensors in them that take note how long they are left unattended, whether they are fed and a variety of other matters.

So, we've been working on certain areas of my insecurities, and this weekend I took a step - I asked Sherlock if he wanted to go to the Christmas ball with me. He said yes. It'll be the first time we'll be out together as a couple.

It's manageable. I'm trying not to think of it too much, and blow it out of proportion. I may be drinking a little more than usual to calm my nerves.
