So! What motivated you to make your own super suit thingy? Not to say it's not completely amazing and I'm not totally jealous because I completely am. I mean how cool is building that?

I guess I'm just curious? It seems like everyone has a reason for the things they do and I'm wondering what was yours? Assuming you want to share that with me, and if you don't that's completely fine too and I'll bring you cookies for making you think about something not fun.

I am totally down for Charlie Brown. Oh! I can make cookies, and we can make popcorn and get some comfy blankets? You know, go with the theme of the movie being all cold and holiday junk food-y.

I think Buff’s down for a chill day. She suggested a movie, but I hate to turn down an invite from my friend too. Maybe both? Well, I mean, maybe both for me, you don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want o but Cisco said I could invite people if I wanted to as well so if you did want to go [......] we can go. From his post it looks like there will be vegetarian options too!

Yeah, Cisco has been super spectacular with helping to catch me up on the world of tech and current events. We’ve talked about building a VR machine and I think I might ask to help him with his super suit. He’s the one I was talking about before. I kind of wonder if he could help me build a suit that would help me better channel my Magic’s too.

How cool would that be though? A unique harmonization of Magic’s and technology interplaying perfectly like a keen directed orchestra!

The technical magical wonder! But I guess that’s a little too long to be a really good title. I guess where Cisco is from there’s a lot of heroes. Maybe we could make friends with his friends and get all the hero-ing lessons?

So part of it was form and part of it function. Like everybody needs a brand these days and with superheroes being a thing in my city, the costume itself was to make myself stand out and not get confused with random power guy number 24, you know? But the glasses, especially, are functional. My powers are not something I've been great with - I'm growing with them. The glasses I wear help me focus my powers better and let me see into the future or just help me vibe with objects. I can probably do it on my own, but the glasses are super helpful and makes it way easier to do.

So the super suit is part training wheels and part look at how cool I am.

Oh. I tell people I have powers so often I sometimes forget not everybody knows. I'm a meta human and I have vibratory based powers. I can send out concussive vibes. I also can feel vibrations and tell when things are off from universe to universe. Also I can sync with certain vibes and see things connected to certain objects. Or the future, as the case may be. Also I'm way smart and handsome but I'm told those aren't powers so much as good luck.

The glasses help me focus but the power comes from me, if that makes sense?

Also me and my peeps are doing friendsgiving next Saturday. You and your friends are invited. I made a post. Check it out!

Oh wow. That’s.... wow. You can see into the future? Is it easy for you? What’s the frequency of the future? Is it a specific aligns only with you sort of vibe or is it theoretically accessible to anyone who can find the right frequency of vibration?

I do magic, but I’m sort of still in starter mode. A couple people seem to think I have a lot of power but I’m lucky to be able to float a pencil steadily half the time. ~~Even if my last big spell did do some major damaage...~~

I’ll ask! I think Buffy may be busy with her boyfriend but maybe Tara might want to come.

No it's not easy. I can't always control it, either. So sometimes I touch something and get a vibe or I'll just have one at random. If I concentrate I can direct it. I'm getting better over time. I try to practice, you know? The future isn't a frequency thing - like, I don't know what frequency these things vibrate at, I can just tell when things are off. For example: this world feels off. Everyone vibrates at different frequencies because we're from different earths. It's really hard to explain sometimes because it's like explaining a new sense to someone who doesn't have it.

I think that's just the kind of thing you need to practice. Or so I think. I don't know a ton about magic.

Cool! It'll be really chill. You can meet a bunch of people. The Bat-fam are letting us use their space and Kara's my bff. Also Spider-Man might come and I'm geeked.

That doesn’t sound like it would be very fun at all. I can’t image not being able to control something that’s so inherently and intrinsically a part of you. I guess magic can be pretty unpredictable, but that’s not who I am it’s just something I do ~~right now~~.

No! I mean! I think I get it. Kind of I think? It’s like the sky is blue but it’s not the same shade of blue that you’re used to. It’s sort of minor but also huge at the same time due to the chemical composition of our atmosphere. Or at least I would guess it’s sort of like that. Leaving you with an unease that you’d cant completely place because things are just a little off from the world you know?

Magic does take a lot of practice. I’ve been working on it for months but being the only witch I knew for a while hadn’t helped the group study buddy vibe that a lot of covens seem to suggest. When I tried looking back in Sunnydale all the witches I found were fakes or evil. Sometimes it’s really hard to realize I’m not excelling at this like I want to. I want to be able to help people like Buffy does instead of always being in the way or having to hide, and f Magic is my ticket to that

I don’t really know who the bat-Fam is, but I think you probably have pretty good judgement for these things!

I mean I didn't grow up with these powers. They're pretty new. So they're a part of me but a new part. I'm getting better at handling them all the time. And tbh the concussive vibes and universe hopping are easier than seeing into the future. Which I kinda like. I think sometimes seeing the future is a lot and not always a good thing.

Yeah exactly. When I first got here I was nauseaous for the first week or so until I got used to all the different vibes I was getting from people.

There are tons of magic users here. You should hit them up. Maybe you can train in different styles?

Yeah. Well. Supergirl's kinda my best friend here and The Flash is my bff back home. I have great taste.

Learning how to handle abilities or new skills can be incredibly challenging. I've hard my fair share of slip ups for stuff too, but the important thing I've always found is to keep trying, and practiting and learning as much about whatever it is as you can. I'm not sure about you but having an understanding of what I'm interacting with and figuring out why my approach went wrong is always really calming to me. The more I understand the more I can control the outcome of the situation moving forward!

That had to be really hard to be in a whole new place and be sick for it too. :(

Really? I've only met two so far. Do you know if there's any place specifically to meet magic users? I'd love to compare notes and do some cross-sectional analysis of differnces and similarities.

Clearly! ~~Not really sure~~ Hopefully you'll get to meet Buffy sometime too, she's good people. Just like Tara! I bet you'll get along great with them both. :)

Just make a post asking for magic users and they'll hit you up. The Harry Potter family is here, and you might not know who that is yet, but you should def read those books, they're amazing.
