	My findings are literally just locals calling about people misbehaving in their neighborhoods. I've kept it as prank war related as I could. I don't know what more information you're looking for? The real stuff has always been on this network. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

A good choice to reduce potential public discomfit or panic. Don’t need scared citizens running around making this worse.

I was speaking with Dr. Strange regarding any potential similarities or connections between victims. He was unable to assist and directed me to you for that. There was another individual I spoke with regarding the locations impacted, possible description of the suspect in question, and outcomes on those influenced. So, far I’ve been unable to locate the suspect, but had been keeping my feet to the ground regarding what’s been spoken about along these lines of communication. A possible common connection appears to be something something more directly done to the citizens specifically instead of the costumes or locations they have interacted with.
