Fall Fun At the Dameron Ranch
What. Fall Festival hosted by Poe, Rey, & Leia
Who. Anyone in Tumbleweed.
Where. The Dameron Ranch
When. Tonight starting around sundown.

What started as a Poe, Rey, and Leia pumpkin carving contest grew into a full Fall Festival, complete with traditional fall activities and invites to the community at large via the network.

Poe's ranch was transported directly from Yavin IV, but it has fewer tropical trees here and more Texas space. Those who attend will find that he's set it up with pumpkins and apples as a major theme throughout the evening.

In the backyard there are tables set up with fall treats on it including hot apple cider, pumpkin pies, apples with tin foil if people want to roast them, and ingredients for s'mores are provided.
The back porch will be set up to display pumpkins for anyone who wishes to join the pumpkin carving contest.
A large bonfire will be in the backyard, and music is playing in that yard as well.
Beyond the yard there is a large corn maze courtesy of Eliot and Emmeline, and there are at least some flashlights and lanterns for people to use moving around it.

Who came? Did you bring a pumpkin? Did you survive the maze?

Laura and Clint joined in the fun with their kids, Lila and Nathaniel. Laura doesn't want to risk wearing anything that could be remotely construed as a costume, given that her husband turned into a gangster at the last Halloween celebration, but she's still celebrating the season in this. They may have gotten a stroller for Nathaniel by now, but Laura will spend a lot of time carrying him unless she's passed him off to his father or to a family friend.

	Poe was there, obviously! And he was playing the host. If you came, he tried to talk to you briefly and introduce himself if you didn't know him already. 	Maya, Elsa, Aracely, TJ, Sam and Ianto all turned up. Mostly dressed pretty normally though Maya and Aracely at least went with the colour theme. (Aracely's dress is a little longer than that one and she's wearing black leggings too.) TJ has a cane since it's the end of the day and she's getting a bit tired. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	So Leia had invited Kylo and so he came even though he's pretty sure it's the epitome of awkward. And he was pretty much only coming if Eliot came with him, so they both showed up together, and probably stayed pretty close together for the time they were there. 	Luke carved a pumpkin at Leia's encouragement. He had no idea what he was doing, so I'm sure that was entertaining for anyone around while he was carving. Behold, the clueless Jedi. 	Maya loves pumpkin carving because she's a massive show off. I mean, last year she did an actual Starry Night. She will say not to include hers in the judging because it's not fair but she brought this carousel (the top is attached with skewers so it's not quite as easy to break as it looks).
