Buffy? It's me! Will! Someone told me you're here... somewhere. Not where though, but if you're here it'd be really cool if you'd respond. This whole thing is really super zany weird and not in a Xander's making too many comic jokes and cartoon references or a inch tall demon is trying to take over the world sort of way but more like I wish Giles was here and I could use his books to be research gal and find out what demon might have done this sort of way. I was told there's a rift? And that we're in Texas? And there was a really nice girl here who seemed really sad when I said I didn't I feel like a major jerkzilla And that the rift messes with time?

Please tell me the rift doesn't mess with time, I don't even want to try to figure out what that would mean for the space-time continuum, and the Hellmouth. I don't want to be zapped back to dealing with a fifty foot fang face in high school somehow because we took a wrong turn at Albuquerque.

It messes with time. Like a lot. It takes people from various points in our timelines.

Like, I get that it messes with our time, but does it mess with like time-time? Should we be worried about some demon portal soul sucking evil escapade of no-good badness because a seam got ruptured because of the time slice and dice?

Oh! Um, Well, Spike tried to bite me but wasn't able to because some army guys did wacky evil-be-gone type experiments on him and Riley was asking for help to Xander lives in his parents basement and Giles has sort of been hanging around like a mopey bachelor at his house. We're taking a psychology class together at UC Sunnydale too!

I've been to a post apocalyptic world, LOST island (that's something that hasn't come out for you yet), Tumbleweed, space, Tumbleweed in the past, Storybrooke.... It's kind of a lot.

There wasn't anyone else here, but then Tara showed up and then you did.

So yeah, Tara is someone we both know. I'm just kind of the not-sure-how-to-tell-you-everything-all-at-once. It's a lot to take in.

Like I said, eight years.

Oh! Okay! That's really good because she was so nice, and very sweet, and she's really smart too! I couldn't believe how many of my jokes she got. And she didn't even seem annoyed! She was a lot of fun to talk to even if I don't really know her

I [........] don't know. It's... Being gay is a thing. Not everyone's okay with it. They don't even have the same rights as everyone else. Gay people can't even get married or anything Buff. It's a thing for some people and we've never really talked about it so I don't know if it's a you thing, or just an other people thing, and I don't know about any of this. I've never really thought about if I might be gay or not, and this is a lot for me too, and I'm not even sure what I think about it right now because this isn't something I've really ever [.........] though about.

They can actually! 2015. US Supreme Court made gay marriage legal everywhere.
