He wasn't wearing anything that gave way of their culture. The cargo pants were clean but clearly well worn and stained in places. He had on a heavy work shirt. The entire ensemble looked more like he should be on a cattle drive than a dragon reservation; which was funny enough the point. He gave her a light smile with her statement as she waved the wand. "You'll want to keep the magic out of view in town. Our fellow community members won't care but there are some general muggles around and they get antsy," he told her before nudging his head towards the door for them to walk and talk.
His hands found their way back into his pockets as they walked. "We've got years and years to cover," he replied, because Albus' place in their lives meant he had several decades of knowledge he could disperse if he wanted. Taking in a breath, he figured he'd hit each statement quickly, and pray they didn't linger on anything that could lead him to a place he didn't want to go.
"Bill and Fleur were married near the end of 1997. It was a nice ceremony, though cut short. I imagine you can figure out why," he said, before moving quickly on. "Sirius isn't from our universe. He is from a world where he wasn't in Azkaban. He raises Harry." That universe, as far as Charlie was concerned, didn't sound so bad. He wasn't as close to Harry was Tonks was but he knew the man was family and he didn't like to think about everything Harry had to go through in his own world.
"I believe she's somewhere in the area of twelve or thirteen now. We just celebrated her birthday but with the way time works here, birthdays aren't actually accurate. She was twelve when she arrived."
