I'm also obligated to inform you that the mansion has a zero tolerance policy so if there are any more illicit substances hiding around, move them elsewhere as I will not be able to guarantee your protection in the future. I also think this is unnecessary, but am just going to warn that if you do ~~actual~~ hard drugs or if they make their way into the mansion and I become privy to it, you will be in so much more trouble than a cute warning or day long lecture. Understood?

I didn't think you were, I just needed to be clear about where we stand. Don't argue and next time don't smoke with people who are going to come after you for it later. None of us want random drug testing in the mansion, but it could happen if you make the wrong people angry. Be smart about this.

I need you to find me this evening and I'll need to speak to you in an office very sternly about how excited I am for the newest issue of Vogue and you will look appropriately shamed as I do it. If you see Scott in the hallways, you will wear this same look for the next few days. I think we'll be set then.

	It's a useful skill if used at the right time. I don't really think I agree. Liking teenagers is half the battle. You're certainly smart enough. You know, if Cyclops had been lured with more illicit substances in his youth, maybe he would not be so... very like him. Jean and Warren seemed familiar enough on their own. And our lives suck. Sometimes that calls for a little pot.

I stopped school attendance when I was 11. I read what I could, I learnt English from smuggled western media, but even if I were to manage this GED, I do not have the authority to teach on anything.

I disagree, though I very much respect your way of seeing things.

Cyclops has his reasons for being how he is. As you said, our lives suck. He's had it harder than some. Unofficially I do not disagree with your stance. Officially, the mansion is a drug free zone. Don't smoke in here or do not get caught, your choice.

You're highly intelligent. A formal education isn't everything; I know plenty of idiots who have multiple degrees that I think you could argue under a table. We can catch you up. I'll personally help you get your GED if you'd like. If it's a matter of not being interested, that's one thing. If you don't have the certification? That can be rectified.

Agreed. I think your way works for you. My way has worked for me. And I'm much less in the habit of using vulnerability against idiotic men than I used to be. Using what people wish or expect of you against them has been a useful tool in my set.

As long as I never have to hear about it again from Cyclops or pee into a cup, we can call it whatever you like.

What would you want to teach?

Think about it. I think we'd be somewhat flexible about a subject if you were passionate about it, and I'm sure everyone would be willing to help you get on your feet. First steps would be getting your GED. If you would like help with that, let me know.

Actually, if you wanted to test it out a bit, we could talk about someone taking you on as something like a Teacher's Aide.
