FILTER TO BILL AND FLEUR WEASLEY

I'm seriously considering taking out a loan for a plot of land. I want to do it with my pal, Rocket, and have it be kind of an everything space. Bit of a farm, bit of a ranch, space for wood working, too.

Now tell me if it's a bad idea or not. And if you'd want to maybe team up with me.

It isn't a bad idea and of course I'd like to help you out. Not that I know much about having a ranch, but I would be fine to learn.

Are you going to offer housing for horses or lessons for riding?

I just figure it doesn't make sense to keep working on someone else's ranch, you know? Not if we're going to be here permanently. And I want to be my own boss. Maybe raise like wheat or something. We should plot with Rocket. I know he wants to have a space to build things so we'd give him that.

Probably just housing. Unless we could find someone for giving lessons? I don't want to teach that. I care more about taking care of them.

I guess we can figure it all out with time. We may want to come up with a business plan of some sort. Just in case. I understand bankers. Though, I'm not sure if people are any less strict than Goblins.
