Hello? [A man's voice, and although it is likely that none of you would recognize it belonging to the American Senator, she takes it on as a cover. It's pitch perfect, though as she reclines in a chair she doesn't bother taking on his physical appearance. This is just about gathering information.

Clearing her throat, like he would.]
I'm looking for more information on this place, bewildering as it is. I'm Senator Robert Kelly, and last I knew I was in America. I'm interested in knowing who else awoke in this area same as I, and where it is you hail from.

... I don't know how they expect us to use these bloody radios, but there's no cell reception.

[Muttering, mostly away from the radio:] What a dump.

This is Kelly, Over.

There's quite a few of us here, but information is limited. My name is Naoto Shirogane, and I'm from Japan. The radios, at least, are functional.

You sound quite young, too. I guess there's less discrimination in selection here than I would've thought.

I'm sixteen. All I know is that we have been brought here to give energy to this world. It makes sense, to follow that, that the young would be here.

Ah, but an old man like me? What use am I. [Joking tone, chuckling laughter.]

I'd much rather divert my time and energy to my job.

I can't claim to know their criteria for selection, or how any of us are expected to help, to be honest. My best advice is to keep your eyes open and try to group up with someone. It seems safer in numbers.

Apparently we all were briefed upon our coming here; I know I was, and you might find the same for yourself. Some people who have been here longer than we have say that what we're told is all there is to this place.

[She was briefed, as far as "briefed" goes.] I'm interested in knowing how diverse the populace is, though I see it may be more diverse than I first thought.

Interesting, interesting.

Where the hell is America? I'm from Syria, this place isn't either according to that freaky kid. We've been brought to some dying world.

[There is a pause] What's a cell phone? [Because obiously this is an important question]

The United States of America, North America. Either you're not from the Syria I first think of or you're behind the times if you don't know what a cell phone is either.

[Mystique doesn't have time for questions, so she debates answering for a minute.] Like these radios, but able to call anywhere in the world. You really haven't heard of them?

Styria [She repeated it making sure to pronounce the T clearly. She had no idea where Syria was, or where the United States of America, North America was for that matter.] That is one long country name, I think I heard people were from different worlds, so that might be the case here.

Interesting, never heard of them these radios are weird enough. [Right back to the matter at hand] Didn't that freaky child talk to you?
