Missing child [Lelouch, Patience and EVERYONE!]
(ooc: Im assuming in the family meeting they let Patience in on their real names so they don't have to pretend in the house, but I'll correct if wrong.)

Suzaku didn't sleapt for most the night, his thoughts had been too jumbled, too confused. He instead had sat at the window his gaze drifting between the city and the soul gem he held in his hand. He was still struggling to take in everything Lelouch had told him as well as what had happened but there was nothing he could do now. So he accepted it.

He must have dozed off sometime before dawn though because he woke to the pattering of rain. Looking out the water he blinked in cofusion, instead of grey clouds like he was expecting, the sky was perfectly blue.

He rubbed his eyes and went out into the main apartment, no it was the same here. Raining but from blue sky, he had never seen anything like it before, he tapped lightly on Fletcher's door. "Come a..."

Fletcher wasn't in his bed. Suzkau frowned "Lelouch? Patience?" He went to knock on both their doors.

Radio Post a little later:

[There is a lot of crackling and static, Suzaku fixed his radio as best he could, but it still isn't perfect] H ...anyone... a little boy.... small... blonde hair... Missing... If you see... please ask... Zero

[Patience on the other hand, had grown up around the fair folk. She had no problem whatsoever picturing people vanished from their bed, and having been plucked to this world already mounted that imagination to unpleasant paranoia.

If he hadn't offered, she likely would have asked. Pure practicality dictated that leaving alone on a mission that demanded she split her attention to her surroundings was stupid to the point of suicidal, and concern or no Patience was not interested in suicide missions.]

[Suzaku nods once, of course if the boy had been killed then if Kyuubey was a typical example, he would somehow come back. It was a bit disturbing that they wern't even alowed to die here, but then again that privalege had been taken away from Suzaku a long time ago, so it was nothing new.]

You think they might have taken him? [Who would do... Cornelia... Would she go that far? To kidnap a child? What purpose would that serve?]

If we serve as some kind of refinery for the energy this world lacks, Zero, it's not unreasonable to assume Energy can be harvested from us, too. [Her voice is grower terser by the second as she considers it.] And a child would be much easier prey than one of the monsters.

[She can't read the consternation through facial expressions, but your voice is telling.] Or if you have enemies already, they could have taken him for leverage, I suppose... [She's dubious on that count. They haven't been living together that long, and she can't see the advantage big enough to make that kind of move.]

[Suzaku hadn't thought of that, that they could give energy just like the monsters did. It was a horrifying thought, could Fletcher have become prey to someone who had worked that out?

He grimaced at her tone, he wouldn't have enemies if Cornelia hadn't lost her memory]

Both are worth considering [He hoped not, they had enough to worry about with the monsters to also have to worry about the other people here]
