Family meeting! Voice to Action
[Over the radio] This is Rivalz. Would everyone that is staying with me please return to our apartment? We have some important things to discuss regarding the recent developments.

((OOC: Tag format can either be in brackets or prose, it doesn't particularly matter. But feel free to just tag in as your characters arriving and chitchatting. I have to run and take another exam but I'll be back and I'll tag in his few main points in a couple separate threads for discussion's sake. [Over the radio] On my way.

Suzaku shot at more of the monsters and ran towards the door Fletcher had entered. He had picked up a few more bottles of energy and also a strange broach with a smiley face sticker on it. Strange, but it was a strange place. Suzaku slammed the door shut and bolted it, hoping that Patience didn't try and use this particular enterence.

"Fletcher?" He called as he moved towards their apartment.

[Patience returns a little battered; she obtained a flask for herself and drank it, but ultimately chose to retreat rather than press in case her housemates hadn't found their own elixir; her resources were limited, and the fight had been hard. The radio call hurried her and gave her a good excuse at once, and she found a way in without too much trouble.

She tapped on the door and called out softly.]

[Patience peels off her shirt, a simple black bra beneath it, and piles it on the counter. Her arms are scraped, especially her forearms, her shoulder bruised; there's a scrape low on her back, dragging over the curve of her hip, where she fell against a wall to avoid a swipe. The shoulder on that side is sore, and twisting the other arm behind her back to reach it would be haphazard at best. She cleans her arms, considers her shoulder.]

It is good that someone is organizing - someone not quite so high-handedly authoritative as the commanding military woman she heard over the radio. She hopes she can stay here, though no one has questioned her presence as of yet; playing the lone wolf entirely sounds like a recipe for death wish.]

[Once everyone has settled in and had their medical needs addressed (during which time Lelouch securely stored the Energy they'd collected), Lelouch got the ball rolling.] I have several points that require addressing. First: The new requirement of daily Energy dictates that we need to be aware of our supply levels as well as maintain a backup supply that will keep us on a daily dose for one month.

	From what I just witnessed when the televisions go strange the monsters drop energy when you kill them. None of them dropped any bottles yesterday when they were out in force but just now every one I killed dropped a bottle. 	It's very likely. If this is all to be believed, then we must ensure we're properly prepared. And there may come a day that we don't have an opportunity to get any new Energy for a day, and that is when we will be served by our stockpile. Collecting it will be difficult. 	Further, I want to try to bring some power and running water to this city. Beginning tomorrow, I'd like to see what kind of state the infrastructure is in. If we can get the primary source active again, then we can investigate other faults in the system. If any of you have met anyone that may have the skill to aid in this process, we will need them.
