Who: Dr. J. Crane and Open. Where: His office, Downtown Gotham City. When: 9am Monday Morning. What: Open to anything. Open: yes. Crane had dropped off of the grid so to speak, but not because he had been rehabilitated by the baboons at Arkham Asylum, no- he didn’t need to be fixed, everybody else did but not him. Why was he off the grid? The easiest answer was that his plans took time, it wasn’t as simple as dropping a gallon of his serum in Gothams water supply, but no it needed meticulous planning. He’d sat at his desk for weeks scribbling plans, he could attack Gotham trains through their air conditioning systems easily enough but the train left Gotham and he had no control of the other districts, not yet. He needed complete control for it to work. He rested his head back onto the soft leather of his office chair and interlocking his fingers and humming quietly as his mind raced ahead he needed a bullet-proof plan or a bat-proof plan. He’d closed his eyes during his thoughts but they opened straight away as soon as the dark mahogany office door opened, “What a pleasant surprise, what brings you here?” He questioned his eyes narrowing behind his glasses as he watched his visitor approach.
