It wasn't a home. Not yet. She hoped it would be. Though the place was incredibly different then what she was used to. Not that there was any place like home, but it was different even from Clark's place. She understood she needed a place where she could also work, but it didn't feel like her. Hopefully that would change. Especially when she finished with these boxes. She had no idea when she had acquired so much stuff! She changed into a pair of jeans as soon as she got home and tied the dress shirt at her waist and pulled her hair back to the nape of her neck. She didn't bother with shoes, preferring to be barefoot when she could. Rolling up her sleeves she sighed. "Right, time to get all of this put away. As, soon as I figure out where away is."
That was something she was getting used to as well. Things could go where she wanted them to, she found she just didnt' care on a lot of it. As long as she could find it when she wanted it what did it matter if dishes were to the left or the right of the sink? Well it mattered when she needed her coffee in the morning. Since the coffee pot was to the left, that was where she had ended up putting the dishes. This was very much a learning experience for her.
