Imenry chewed thoughtfully. The meat didn't taste overly strong and the seasonings used were pleasant enough, though she certainly wasn't one to judge. Her palette was pretty unrefined and she'd eaten everything from elk to squirrel on her travels. She ate at a steady pace, not wanting to give the food time to chill in the cool mountain air. After all, they weren't protected from the elements out here. Luckily it was a clear day, with only wispy clouds drifting overhead, casting the occassional shadow.
Only two days, the girl hadn't been on the surface very long then. She wondered what Orzammar was like. It must be very different to live inside of a mountain rather than atop one.
"The Circle of Magi... yes it's on Calenhad lake. I've passed it by on my travels before." Her brows furrowed slightly. "Why do you want to go there? Not sightseeing I'm guessing?"
Her eyes drifted down over the gentle sweep of Signy's skirt, the fine fabric of the dress she wore. Could that be any protection at all from the chill? It would suit well enough once they got out of the mountains and into the warm air, but it would definitely attract the wrong sort of attention, such as robbers and bandits on the roads. Dressed like that she was an obvious target. Still, Imenry said nothing about that for the moment. If Signy accepted her offer for an escort then she would discuss getting her some traveling clothes.
Her plate was cleared soon enough and she concentrated on the ale. It was a unique, strong and hearty flavor, though not necessarily better than some of the finer ales she'd tried in taverns across Thedas. She let it linger on her tongue a moment before swallowing. It felt good to have a meal in her belly.
