Taking a deep, relaxing breath, Lyn closed her eyes briefly and shot a quick prayer to Mythal. Once alone with the Wardens she had no intention of lying to them about being a mage. She hadn't been the one to cause the final spell, but she had been accused of stunning the drunkard. She'd come clean to that and let fate decide. She just hoped that Rhocanth would be able to still give the protection he'd offered with a templar around.
As the group made its way through the tavern, Lyn resigned herself to watching her feet, only just paying attention to her surroundings. She'd move to the side if she needed to, but she couldn't see anything in front of or behind her. It felt almost like a walk of shame, but that's kind of how she felt right now. She'd gone her entire life without giving away her secret (though she'd had some close calls) until now when she'd used her powers in her own defense. Though, she never really used them for any other reason anyway. She heard the heavy footsteps of the templar on the wooden stairs but didn't quite catch the pause in his step when he stopped in front of the men on the floor. Continuing on the path they had started she ran right into his back and grimaced slightly. That couldn't help her standings with him all that much.
At the sound of voices ahead of her, Roran lifted her gaze to try and look around the templar. Down the hall she saw the man who had been the start of the fight and frowned slightly when she saw the bruise forming on his face. She felt bad for him, but taking a mug away from a drunk, empty or not, was like trying to take a bowl away from a mabari. They were vicious. It was quickly discovered what had happened and what was to be done with the men, so the templar started back down the hall again, the rest of them following behind. The closer and closer they got to the room they'd been directed to, the more nervous Lyn became and the more she contimplated making a run for it. Fleetingly she wondered how far she'd be able to make it before someone stopped her. Probably not far enough to do any good she decided and resigned herself to her fate, sighing heavily.
