There were too many people in this conversation. Though this was a tavern and it did get crowded, the groups were usually four people at the largest. There were now five people in this one and it seemed they added a new person every few minutes. Æolyn closed her eyes for a moment and rested her head in her hand, propping her elbow up on the bartop as she thought for a moment. She listened to the new woman introduce herself and make herself known. Lyn hadn't even noticed her in the bar until she came up, though that wasn't saying much. She got the distinct feeling that the woman had wanted it that way.
The interruption gave her a moment to gather her thoughts. Everyone in the bar was cring apostate and now there was a templar present. Convenient of course. And from the blonde dwarf's (Rhocanth he had said he name was... such a mouthful. It'd probably be difficult for Lyn to remember it) description of the templar, he was also a Warden. The cherry on the cake. While she figured being anywhere but this bar was a good idea right now, she didn't think that anywhere would have been in the company of a templar, but it seemed she had little choice. So far her ruse had fooled the drunkards, but it was only a matter of time before her cover was blown and she'd rather not blow it in front of everyone. Best to step aside into a private room and let everything out there. She'd at least have a better chance of living.
She barely noticed when Rhocanth spoke to her and her companion (she chuckled to herself that she knew the Warden's name before she even knew his) but when she realized the words had been directed at them she looked to him, a brow cocked slightly. The way he'd structured his sentence made it seem like a choice, but the fact that he added 'please' to the beginning said otherwise. It made it sound more like a polite request. She felt that if she left with the Warden's it would be the same as admitting guilt to the accusations and that was the last thing she wanted to do in this room. Taking a deep breath she nodded once and stood up, looking down at Rhocanth. "An audience with a Warden? Who could say no?" she answered with a light, flirty smile. While the mage in her wanted to be with anyone but the templar, the rational part of her was saying that if she wanted to get out of this it'd be best to leave with them. Turning back to her companion she put a hand on his knee lightly and looked directly at him. "We shouldn't pass on such an honor," she continued. She wasn't sure if he felt the same that she did about leaving with the Warden's, but her gut was telling her it was the right move.
