(ugh, she's such a brat <3 u Mouse)) 'Imagine seeing you here.'
Falina leaned back against the wooden pole that braced the hinges for the gate, crossing her arms over her chest. "I imagine it's easy to be surprised when you're a deserter. Tends to leave one out of the group plans." Already her eyes were flickering back over the crowd, trying to take in as much of the surroundings as she could. Everything was moving so quickly, and she already felt that in the span of a second, she missed an hour. Perhaps she needed a higher vantage point? Dust Town was no where near this crowded, and while it was like home, it wasn't her element. "Lalin has your bow." Her lips were pressed tightly at the thought of the slender elf, not only did she feel irritated and slighted, much of her feelings of betrayal stemmed from her support of Dolain in Amaranthine. She'd stood up for Lalin, when it seemed like everyone else was ready to just cast off with out regard for the elf's feelings. It left a bitter taste in her mouth, and she sighed. "Yes, the others are here. You'd best avoid them, I doubt anyone of them would be too happy to see you." She reached out and flicked at the hood that rested over his shoulders, "What are you supposed to be, a vigilante?" Falina wasn't sure how it worked on the surface, but cowls just made Dusters more conspicuous. People obscuring their faces were always stopped. "If you're trying to hide, you probably should leave that down, it took me- what- all of ten heartbeats to pick you out of the throng of people?"
She canted her head, finally noticing the gaze of Dolain's companion. Falina nearly called out some dismissive remark, hating how quickly she'd become angry, and hating how easily it was to forget noble callings in the wake of her damnable pride. His gaze was blank, and completely unsettling. She blinked twice before shifting under his scrutiny. Too many people stared at her for her comfort, "Can I help you?"
