Hand dropping away from her ear, nervousness fading away in the face of Mathieu’s enthusiasm, Eileen let out a slow smile. Letting Ordhan answer for both of them she happily squeezed hand tighter, glad that he was speaking up and nodded along with his assessment of their home. “It was not that far and it was fun to travel here. I enjoy seeing different places.” Glancing over at Lukaer, still refusing to let his earlier snubbing go she continued. “And meeting new people and making new friends.” Puffing up a little she resisted sticking out her tongue at the older boy but made sure to include a smile just for him so as not to upset him.
Perking up when the Lukaer spoke she swung Ordhan’s hand in excitement and bit down the squeal of delight, face beaming. Practically shaking with joy at the prospect of exploring and playing with both her brother and the two Ledaal brothers she nodded furiously at the suggestion. “I would like that very much! It sounds very fun.” Turning to face Ordhan she smiled gently at him and slowly released her grip on his hand, patting him once before she stepped away.
Hopping over to Mathieu she offered him a sloppy curtsy, mother would be disappointed but Eileen was far too happy to care. “You will have to lead. Where shall we go first? I wan… would like to see everything!” Her feet were already wiggling, ready to run off, anticipating the discovery of new and wonderful places. Tilting her head back to look at Ordhan she offered a grin and a wave. A sudden though slipped through to her and she frowned, biting at her lip, as she looked at her brother. Glancing over at Lukaer carefully she looked back and forth between him and Ordhan. What if Ordhan did not want to be with Lukaer? What if he wanted to do something else? This was his first time out of their home and he should be able to do what he wanted first, something special.
Rethinking this plan she quickly shuffled away from Mathieu, offering him a small smile and bow in consolation. Tugging at her ear, eyes darting back and forth between the two brothers she offered another bow. “One moment please.” Whirling around she trotted over to Ordhan, coming to a halt directly in front of him. Staring up at him for a moment she placed both of her hands on his forearms, fingers curling around the fabric, and raised herself up on her tiptoes to speak to whisper to him. “Will you be alright? We can do something different if you rather. I can stay with you. I want you to have fun too!” Eyes determined she pouted up at him, waiting for his answer.
