Ashya giggled quietly, removing her hand from over Loïc's mouth, wiping it on the blanket. He hadn't screamed, but he had jolted awake with a sort of gasp and that she found funny. And despite the gloom, she had seen his eyes open as wide as they could go. Score.
"Demons are scary and horrible even if they're my size," she whispered, in the tone of voice the enchanters lectured her in. She settled more comfortably on the bed - well, on him rather, but she was lying on the blanket so it didn't quite count as on him exactly.
"I'm bored and not sleepy," she declared, barely remembering to keep her voice to a whisper. It probably had a lot to do with the pastries she'd stolen and the resulting sugar rush. The small blonde poked a finger into Loïc's chest. "Let's do something fun."
