She grinned as she crossed back towards Dee, handing her one of the bottles and leaning back against one of the sturdy shelves as she popped the top on her own. The architect was right in supposing that Imenry wouldn't soon forget coming across her dancing about in the middle of the night, in the larder, mostly undressed. "It's true. You've certainly made an impression in a small amount of time. I guess the same can be said of some of the other people I've run across in my travels, but very few in comparison to the sheer numbers of people I've met."
At least Dee was more than willing to answer her questions, not that she really planned on asking something deep and personal. For now she was more than happy to discuss simple matters. And perhaps the other woman had some stories to share, being as well traveled as she was. It made her think of Viara, and how they had swapped stories into the night, getting more than falling-down-drunk both times they had been together. She smiled at the thought.
"A mage really? I've seen a few of them around. I met one young lady... Ashya, I believe?" She was thrown for a moment when Dee mentioned a familiar name. She only recognized the one, being as the other Templar had been so brief an acquaintance and so proper in mannerism that she'd stuck with only his full name. "Oh of course, Aurin. You are the same Dee he mentioned to me then. I was wondering about that..."
She looked at the other brunette as her tone grew wistful, and took a drink of her ale. "I don't know that you sound like a child. I guess it makes sense to assume that the friends of your friends will eventually become yours as well." She tilted her head. "I have to admit I don't have altogether very many friends. I rather try to avoid them most of the time. Because of precisely what you just said, I suppose. Loss seems inevitable."
