Aurin crouched there silent as he listened to Constans. There was a nod towards him as he finished up. That bright and hard blue gaze swept then towards Thais and his eyes narrowed. The smile on his face did nothing to alleviate the annoyance that crept into his ice blue gaze. He remains crouched there before he raised one hand to rub against his face.
A moment passes before he sighed and murmured softly towards the weeping mage. “Hold on to me.” He murmured before he slid one hand around her back and the other under her legs. Once he felt settled there enough he began to pull her into his arms as he stood to carry her. “I don’t know what started this.”, he said slowly. “But its over. I’m taking Bethen back to her room.” He had no idea where the hell it is, but he can find out. A look up towards Thais and once again his eyes narrowed. “And she isn’t easily provoked.”, he added quietly. He can get his sword fixed later, but right now Beth is more important.
