Of course, life has a funny way of proving myself wrong," the Crow replies, his face an odd mix of amusement and brief melancholy as he remains standing, scratching the top of the white beast's head to keep it calm. The expression swiftly changes to that of a large smile in response to the dwarven woman's.
"A pleasure to meet you, Signy... I hope that your time on the surface hasn't been too hard on you." He pauses to sit down, inviting his company to do the same on the bench. "I can imagine it is still rather hard on your eyes in the morning or at the noon time."
His eyes glance over to where he hears movement. "What do you know..." Savio replies in a soft tone, perhaps loud enough for only Signy and his canine companion to overhear. The volume is soon raised though, Savio not wanting to miss his chance to speak to the woman that Providence as 'blessed' him with once more. "And here I thought you would have died in Antiva. Good to see that I lost that bet."
