Not if those Mabari were any indication of the canine species; a mouse had more in common with this creature than Shartan or Noa did. "I've never been to the surface before now," she admitted, still slowly walking over, drawn by a curious need to see if the so-called dog was composed entirely of fur or if it had a body underneath all that white hair. "Much less to Orlais. I'd never met an Orleasian at all, much less one of their animals."
"Is there still food to be had?" She assumed there was, as the Antivan must have gotten food for his animal from somewhere. Her eyes skipped over to the stack of papers and scrolls before settling on the bowl. That did look at least generally like food...
