She chuckled softly. "No. I think Cormac might murder me if I even put a scratch on you. And we'll start off easy. Teach you a few moves." She looked towards the area the girl had indicated and nodded, pulling her feet up and tucking them underneath her to stand. "That looks good. And we'll avoid the water, since I doubt either one of us can swim."
She offered Falina a hand to help her up, then grabbed her sword and pack, carrying it over towards the waterline, away from the cluster of little shacks and the rickety dock. There was no one else around. Imenry tucked her belongings against a rock and looked down at Falina.
"Okay first," she began, taking a few steps back. "If someone were about to come at you, say you were expecting an attack. What would you do? Show me how you would stand. We're going to start with the basics."
