She'd heard Falina's approach of course. It was impossible not to hear feet on the creaky boards of the dock, echoing against the planks. Even tiny feet made noise here, and the steps were hesitant. The dock didn't look as solid as it really was, so Imenry couldn't blame her. She turned her head slightly, gazing over her shoulder at the girl, eyes now open, expression slightly soft with the sun at behind her.
"Space? I did what I needed to do. Is something wrong? Why aren't you with Cormac?"
She shifted slightly, inviting the girl to sit beside her with a tilt of her head. If she wanted to stay, she could join her, and if not, Imenry wouldn't be insulted if she just stayed standing or chose to continue on. Perhaps she was simply looking for Cormac. Though Imenry had no idea where the man was, and she should be the last person Falina asked in that case. In the short time it had taken them to get down from the mountains to Redcliffe the little talking they'd done had been sniping and insulting one another, but for the most part they avoided talking at all. And that was really just fine with her.
