Ignoring the creepy human she continued pilfering through Calum’s pockets, lo and behold the man had quite a bit of coin on him. Quickly adding that to her own coin purse she picked through for those damn packages he had been carrying. A drowned rat, why that… glaring over her shoulder she hissed and then flipped her head around to continue the search.
Hearing him continue to talk she grumbled under her breathe and huffed. Gritting her teeth she glared down at the corpse in front of her. “It isn’t any of your business. And there is no us. Why do you keep on saying that?”
Fingers finally hitting the edge of the parchment she was searching for she pulled at it with a cry of triumph. Looking over to make sure it was all the documents she needed tied together she rolled them up and tucked them into her clothes.
Standing up she brushed off her legs and turned around only to jump back, tripping over Calum’s arm. Regaining her footing she growled and stared, eye twitching at what lay in front of her. Was there no end to him?
Lurking behind her was the silly little warrior boy who had turned into some sort of stalker while she wasn’t paying attention. Yes entirely unsuspicious this one. Rolling her eyes she took in a deep breath and glared back at him. A hand on one hip she gestured at him wildly with her other hand.
“Falon’Din take you! What are you some sort of stalker now, following girls around. I thought you said you didn’t want anything, didn’t you? People who don’t want things don’t follow other people around.”
Stepping in closer to him she bent her neck back to look him in the eye and pointed one finger at him. “Yet here you are following me like some lost puppy… I am not taking you home with me. Go away.”
