Lost to his rage the axe-man heaved his weapon through the air, swinging wildly he turned about and made his way back towards her. Hunkering down he barreled at her like a bull. H e was deceptively fast but she was still faster. Ducking to the side one of her daggers bit into his side as he charged by. Pivoting around to face the awe warrior come at her once more, in her periphery she could make out the sword warrior readying himself for his own charge.
Ducking under another wild swing by the crazed axe-man Seda spun around and threw one of her daggers at his exposed back. It was a sloppy throw, nothing fatal merely lodged in his lower left flank, but it would cause the man pain and slow him down. Seeing him turn for another charge she changed that statement. Did nothing faze him? He brushed off the pain and kept on swinging.
Staring at him in disbelief she almost forgot about her other opponent. With a bellow the swordsman gathered himself and run full speed at her. Before she had a chance to grab another blade he was in front of her lashing out. Sidestepping his first swing she ducked under the second and jumped backwards when an axe came crashing down in her previous spot. Circling the pair she continued to
Watching them it was easy to tell that they didn’t work well together. The berserker constantly swerved in front of the swordsman blocking the other man’s path of attack. Their inexperience would work to her advantage she would just need to wait for the perfect opportunity.
Slipping in the mud she bit back a scream when the axe flew across her arm. Clutching her daggers tightly she glared at the offender and pushed herself further away from him. She wouldn’t be able to dodge forever, she couldn’t afford to wait. She had to attack.
Gritting her teeth she charged forward and swung both blades forward to intercept his weapon. Pulling her head back she threw her head forward into his chin. Feeling his jaw snap she prepared to head butt him again when he stumbled backwards, crashing into his partner and sending the other man tumbling to the ground. Without a moment to spare she flew forward, blades spinning towards his unprotected stomach. Sweeping her blades across the exposed abdomen she was taken by surprise when a meaty fist struck the side of her head, throwing her through the air.
Ears ringing she tried to shake the dizziness from her head. The whole of Thedas felt like it was shaking. Blinking her eyes she tried to focus on the world around her but everything remained a blur of colors. She felt the pounding of feet more than she heard them and squinted over in their direction. Straining to make out the boots she was unprepared for the hand grasping her hair and pulling.
Screaming she flailed as she was hefted high into the air. The daggers held in her hands were dropped to the ground as she reached for the arm holding her up. She tried to get him to release her, clawing at his flesh until her hand were bloody. Kicking out blindly she hoped that she struck him where it would most hurt. Hissing she bit down another scream as he shook her, laughing all the while.
