Aurin never even had a hint of what was in store for him. Never once did he have a clue that the apprentice was hunting him.
“Well yeah…”, Aurin smiled tentatively at him. “…oh class? No. No I’m not in any classes. Any magic classes at least.”, he seemed mildly embarrassed about that, glancing away from the other boy as he scuffed the stone with the tip of one boot. “Thought I was supposed to be one, but didn’t have it.”, he elaborated for the apprentice after a moment. He seemed to always be alone in the tower, only one or two apprentices would have anything to do with him. Most of the Templar’s ignored him beside Mercian.
At the offer of a hand to shake he blinked for a moment, glancing at the hand. Tentatively he reached out to take the hand to shake his hand with a hesitant smile.
