He simply smiled. A satisfied, pleased kind of smile. Its was always good when a gift was appreciated. His gift seemed to be quite well appreciated. “I take it you approve of that gift do you?”, he asked. The answer was entirely obvious but still he had to ask. He settled himself back on the cot as he watched the woman and her new prize.
“Well just how many have my Templar brothers have you met anyway?”, he chuckled as he watched the woman with dancing eyes. “However, I’ll take that as a compliment. I am an extremely strange Templar. Hopefully that isn’t entirely unwelcome?”, he smiled back towards her, his own expression almost lazy and slightly amused.
“I usually carried that with me when I went to this city. Just incase I ran into you again. Not that I thought I would…but I kept hope. That’s one thing about my profession, we are really good about having copious amounts of foolish hope.”, he smirked slightly though as he noted the expression on his face. “Surprise I suppose.”, he added lightly. “I always pay my debts, Vixen. If you don’t know anything else about me, at least remember that.”
